Anova WI-FI App Reviews

Used the WiFi app twice before the device stopped connecting to my network. **its not my network** I have a NAS, security cameras, Nest(s) and an Echo on my network. Its either the wifi chip in the Anova or the software. Either way it still works via Bluetooth but I hope they resolve the situation.

Anova please read these reviews. Just bought the device, attempted onbording which seemed to work then it started the process all over. Im in a setup loop. I uninstalled app, reboot phone, tried all trouble shooters on website. Theres a major problem with this app and latest iOS 9.3.1 - I cant even send you a trouble ticket through app to help you diagnose issue. Fix this! I should have bought Bluetooth only version

I love this thing! Why wont it pair with wifi? Bluetooth is working great. It may not be worth it to pay the extra $20 for the wifi version.

When I first turned in the app it found my wifi. I accidentally pressed the next button without putting in my wifi password. Now I cant go back and correct it. I just keep getting a message that it cant find an anova and the only choice is to retry. I have deleted the app, turned off the Bluetooth, turned off the anova, all to no avail.

Bluetooth works, wifi will not. Please fix this.

Wifi doesnt work as expected. Lost connection after about an hour. I know how to setup my computer network and wifi system and all of my other gadgets (nest thermostat, drop cam, Logitech alert) that are on wifi do not have an issue. Definitely an issue with the anova wifi. Will probably return it and get the Bluetooth version.
